Every piece is drawn around your vehicle, your boat or your property, and around how you actually use it.

Full and half canopies with gull-wing doors, shelving, drawers and fridge slides. Sealed and sized to your setup.

Drawers, slide-outs, ladder racks, toolboxes, water tanks and kitchens. Everything placed where you'll reach for it.

Every build is different.
So is every price.
We don't do one-size price tags. Tick the parts you're after and we'll come back with an itemised quote, line by line.
- Itemised, not lumped together. See what each part costs, then add or drop items to suit your budget.
- Designed before it's priced. The 3D model and the quote are worked out together, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
- Build in stages. Start with the tray now and add the canopy or drawers later. The design allows for it.

G'day, I'm Logan.
I started on the tools as a boilermaker, welding and fitting. From there I moved into the Cert IV in Mechanical Engineering, and today every Nexalloy build is modelled in CAD before a single cut is made.
With 50+ builds behind us, I know what works on the road and what fails off it. When you deal with Nexalloy, you deal with me, from the first chat about how you use your vehicle, through the design, to the final weld and fit. Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.

How much does a tray cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the material and what goes on it, so every build gets its own itemised quote. Tick what you're after in the build list or give us a call, and we'll price it line by line so you can add or drop items to suit your budget.
Can I see the design before you build it?
Yes. Every build is modelled in 3D in Autodesk Inventor first. You can review it, ask for changes, and nothing is cut until you've approved it.
I've just bought a new ute. When should I call?
As early as you like, even before the vehicle arrives. We can start on the design while you wait, so the build is ready to go when you take delivery.
What materials do you work with?
Aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. We'll recommend the right one for weight, strength and where the gear will be used, on the road or on the water.
Where are you, and what areas do you cover?
Our workshop is in Coopernook, and we work right across the Mid North Coast. Workshop visits are by appointment.
